The Mission

INNOQ, a technology consulting firm,  had the idea for an interface that would connect assistants and vetted suppliers and make their jobs easier.

The Process

Before presenting a solution, as much information as possible was gathered from the primary users – both assistants and suppliers. Based on its review, we met with other UX specialists to submit wireframes of our initial concept. The flow and design of the platform were built around the importance of filtering information and making it easily available to all essential users.

The Impact

The design was subsequently developed for a beta version and extensive user testing. The feedback from the test users has been resoundingly positive.
